After registering, we did as we were told, and went back to to the registration desk to stand and wait. When we entered the hospital, we went to the registration desk, we were told that despite the sign reading registration, we needed to register at the kiosk, which had no signage. I was told that I was, and the attendant went back to her phone.
I had to roll my window down and ask if I was in the right location. We opted for valet parking, the attendant was on her phone when we pulled up and didn’t even acknowledge our presence. The signage is horrible, the customer service is terrible, the flow is just a convoluted mess. I tried to give 1/2 of a star based off of the lack of order.
